is seeking a well qualified service coordinator to join our growing service team.
Previous experience as Service Coordinator/ Advisor in the Power Generation, Automotive, HVAC or other field service based business is preferred but not necessary.
Candidate must poses excellent communication
customer service skills, basic computer skills, be able to multi-task between multiple computer screens
software programs and accurately process a high volume of service department tasks daily.
Primary Job Tasks To Include:
- Answering telephones and routing calls within the office and to reps in the field - Transferring daily service reports into customer files - Auditing Time Cards and GPS Reports - Creating, sending and tracking customer Service Agreements Other duties depending on candidate experience may include:
- IT work setting up technician tablets/ laptops - Designing/ building out DocuSign forms for Service Agreements and other business documents - Invoicing service jobs - Scheduling technicians, processing warranty claims, creating service agreements and generating quotes as needed Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
